I just caught a glimpse of the rest of my life. Conflict management; and I better love it!
This comes because of a day with entirely too much negotiation but a sure realization that this is an increasing trend. If I'm ever going to own a business, I'll probably find myself at another jobsite like today, going back and forth with the customer over how things are going. Fortunately, in the end, the customer was happily beaming when all was said and done, even though I was a little short of breath...
